I am having problems accessing my 200gb maxtor diamondmax hdd via ide to usb adapter. I am using a sony vaio vgn nr38e laptop with vista installed. I can read a seagate drive with xpinstalled fine its just the maxtor storage drive with files on. The drive shows up as a 31gb drive which i used maxblast before to overcome but cant this time as its a usb drive... any ideas?
