Idle RDP connections keep disconnecting?

    My Windows Server 2012 R2 remote desktop users keep being disconnected from idle sessions. Can anyone tell me why? I've change the GPO settings at Computer Configuration\Polices\Admin Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Session Time Limits both for the computer and user level but I still get this. For example I've set "Set timelimit for active but idle Remote desktop services sessions" to Enabled with the limit of "Never".

    Does anyone know how do I stop this from happening?

    maybe it would end up with the same effect... but:

    start tsconfig.msc
    on Connections - right click RDP-Tcp and Properties
    on Sessions -tab check the settings for idle/active session limits
