Has anyone figured out how to add IE icon to desktop without creating shortcut? Registry keys for Vista and XP don't work.

As I remember MS said that they remove those setting, and you can't recreate by using the registry keys. May be somebody figure out other method in future.

May I ask why, I say this because I used to put a shortcut on my desktop of IE and hated the little arrows that denoted it was actually a shortcut so I used TweakUI to remove shortcut arrows, this was for XP however Im unsure if Vista can have TweakUI installed as I think it was just an afterthought by MS employees.

    :)
