Verizon issues furious response to FCC, in Morse code, dated 1934

Verizon is just so mad at the Federal Communications Commission today that a normal press release wouldn't do.
After all, Verizon issues so many press releases denouncing the FCC for trying to regulate telecommunications that today's vote on net neutrality required a special one to make sure it would be remembered.
So Verizon wrote it in Morse code and set the date as "1934" to make the point that the FCC is taking us backward in time. Verizon sent out the press release in this e-mail:.. more

Not entirely true. The Bought and paid for 3 of 5 people that got to vote for net neutrality are democrats placed there directly by the BDFL (aka Obama), and was based on the model of a confirmed *socialist.

"His goals have always been clear. “At the moment, the battle over network neutrality is not to completely eliminate the telephone and cable companies,” he told the website SocialistProject in 2009. “But the ultimate goal is to get rid of the media capitalists in the phone and cable companies and to divest them from control.” Earlier in 2000, he told the Marxist magazine Monthly Review: “Our job is to make media reform part of our broader struggle for democracy, social justice, and, dare we say it, socialism.” When I interviewed him in 2010, he admitted he is a socialist and said he was “hesitant to say I’m not a Marxist.”

That's ok though because it wont get funded.

The Republican Party Is Divided On Net Neutrality

"Some conservatives want to pursue a legislative compromise. Others are urging more extreme means—and holding the FCC’s funding hostage is not out of the question."

    *not Marxist, but socialist.

    @Skaendo-

Yeah right the Republicans are going to hold the FCC's funding hostage :rofl6: You mean the very agency that regulates communications of the FAA .. Next thing you'll have air traffic shut down across the U.S.A. costing the American tax payers another 24 billion just to prove you have BB's for balls .. Clear case of testosterone poisoning .. BTW how did that shut down work for you last time around .. You keep screaming about how bad socialism is well why don't you flat out refuse your social security check when it's your turn to have your hand out and while your at it tell your Ma and Pa to stop collecting their checks to0 .. You bunch of "socialists " .. :biggrin3:

The are currently holding DHS (Department of Homeland Security) funding from going through, which in just over 2 hours will be defunded (partially) if they don't take out Obamas illegal amnesty funding, you think that they will back down to the FCC? HAHAHAHAHA. By the time I am old enough to get social security it will be dried up and gone because the democrats are letting all the illegals in and giving them 35k in tax refunds their first year here. I will never be reliant on the government for anything! I will not take a handout from them ever. I am a REAL American Citizen who works for what I have, not living on welfare and crying for handouts.

    i dunno, folks,
those large and puissantly rich organisations always leave a gnawing doubt in my mind..
it always seems to me that the only purpose they serve is the continued
existence for the organisation, regardless of their original raison dètre..
and of course it obvious in the case of nsa that they achieve nothing, by their
mass surveillance of law-abiding citizens. the bottom line is that they achieve their
own continued existence, regardless of the cost to such trifles as democracy etc..
    just my 2 cents.

FCC Cites Soros-Funded, Neo-Marxist-Founded Group 46 TIMES In New Regs

Everybody knows what Marxism is right?

A Leading Net Neutrality Activist’s (Robert McChesney) Neo-Marxist Views

Welcome Communism with open arms America!

    On a more positive note:

    An anonymous reader writes:

U.S. Representative Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and 31 Republican co-sponsors have submitted the Internet Freedom Act (PDF) for consideration in the House. The bill would roll back the recent net neutrality rules made by the FCC. The bill says the rules "shall have no force or effect, and the Commission may not reissue such rule in substantially the same form, or issue a new rule that is substantially the same as such rule, unless the reissued or new rule is specifically authorized by a law enacted after the date of the enactment of this Act." Blackburn claims the FCC's rules will "stifle innovation" and "restrict freedom." The article points out that Blackburn's campaign and leadership PAC has received substantial donations. from Comcast, AT&T, and Verizon.

Even Conservative Presidential "Hopeful" Jeb Bush thinks the regulations are crazy:
Jeb Bush believes net neutrality rules are the 'craziest ideas'

    *Jeb considers himself a 'Conservative'.

I got this mixed up while reading about how Hitlary keeps lying about her private server. Now it's not exactly where she said it was and it's running Microsoft Internet Information Services v7.5.
The cyberlab technician who discovered the Clintons’ use of version 7.5 marveled at “the vulnerabilities the Clintons are ignoring” in an email to Fox News. “This is a big deal and just the thing real-world hackers look for in a target and will exploit to the max,” the source said.

That in red doesn't bother you and doesn't point at a corporate run faux debate .. You keep drinking the GOP Kool-aide while they walk you down that path that only leads to Corporatocracy .. 6 Corporations Control 90% Of The Media In America .. Read here especially the part at the end "enabled by FCC deregulation" ..

What does Hillary's server have to do with Net Neutrality ? Besides Jeb Bush has the same private server set up

If your getting your news from the "Daily caller" it explains a lot about where your head is at ..

I incorrectly labeled Bush as a Democrat at first, while reading about Hitlary.

So according to you and the "enabled by FCC deregulation", we should let the FCC have control of the Internet as well so they can turn it into crap like they did msm?

By "enabled by FCC deregulation" they have effectively given said 6 corporations the option to control 90% of the media. This was not done by the GOP, but by the FCC. Now obama has handed over the Internet to 3 Democrats that he placed in the FCC. Including a known Marxist (Robert McChesney). But that wouldn't bother him since that is how he grew up, and was good friends with Bill Ayers (another Marxist). Not to mention that the new regulations were drafted by a Neo-Marxist group ("Free Press"), funded by globalist George Soros.

Communism is coming to the USA my friend, I just hope that you are ready for it.
