    seems to be upgrades with old programs that use .net and other permission corruptions prior to w10 upgrade.

    this is why ive rescued a few that i had made an image and i can try over n over till i get it right..
    (with tools like windows repair portable from tweaking.com , dism startcomponentcleanup and if error 2 add /resetbase then /restorehealth , manually checking reg leftovers of old programs i just uninstalled.. seen lots of mcafee leftover services found with autoruns)

    but 1/3 needed full wipe reinstall and no more problems since.

    i always use skip ms logon and make local user first.. then after all updates i switch them to ms account if they want it.

    I have spent two years explaining how to fix the start menu problem to masochist who insists to use it instead of Classic Shell, you can forgive a joke every 24 months, I think. ;)
