I use proxys on android, with bromite browser but on settings youll need to disable secure dns if you dont use other than default ones (cloudflare) theyll log your internet acess also forget the use of normal dns 8.8.8.8 from google they do the same thing. Dns.watch are the best ones at least for me on android to use firefox youll need manually go to about:config if you want to tweak it or if wanna be more agressive use tor browser.
