Hi Just looking for a bit of info from you guys i install from a imagex resealed image when i need to reinstall as i have diffrent pc hardware so this is the best way, i dont use a distribution share as i have the company software and ms office in the image, but the windows updates are a pain, i have to keep updating the image and resealing it to keep it updated the image is on a wd external drive and boot and installs from it as all equipment is not connected to the net is there a easy way to add windows updates i have looked at win AIK but unsure where the windows updates go i know i can make a dist share if i do and make it the drive what folder would the updates go into. im sorry for the long text but wanted to make sure you guys understand what i want... thanks
Why bother to update if "...all equipment is not connected to the net..." If & when connects it will update sebus
Google wsus. Setup a box with wsus to download all the updates. Direct all your pc's on your office lan to retrieve updates from this box... You can select which os/updates you wish to be available & which you decline....
