In the first time - Windows stop delete thumbnail cache

    The thumbnail cache grow and grow and not deleted.

    I heard about this problem in more OS's that thumbnail cache deleted.
    In previous Windows versions it deleted when it come to 200-400MB.

    I don't know if this stopped in RTM or after install updates.

    I think this is the best thing MS do.
    And this is the best reason to stay with Windows 10.
