    1803 also got new refresh iso's.

    yes, I noticed that too, but I've seen v1809 got most numbers of the refreshed ISo till date over any other version of Win10.

    Oh really, well, I didn't track 1803 that much anyway. then v1803 & v1809 got most of the refreshed ISO update.

    Are they alternatives to ISOs?

    just a patch file that contains the modified pieces of binary code to patch a specific file and transform that one into another specific file.

    Why not create one yourself? Download 17763.1 + the needed updates and run W10UI, and you will have a 17763.437 iso :)

    As I understand it, the SVF-to-ISO converter tool provided by s1ave77 doesn't work as it is accompanied by a warning in bright red color: ATTENTION! Due to several problems we need to suspend the tool. We're checking for alternatives.
