Looks like M$ is taking the time that they should have taken before the fiasco.

 

Next fiasco would be the built-in high definition audio? I cannot here Cortana/Narrator if I do not update the driver of the sound card.
I believe somebody posted something about a bug in the default high definition audio driver which sets the default audio channel to 5.1 or 7.1. I can confirm this at least on 1 ASUS motherboard.

 

So, is the 1809 release resumed to public or just for insiders?. And if its resumed for public (everyone), when was it resumed?. Thanks

Finally! I used the uup dump and installed the cab just fine. I wish they also fixed the file association bug but I guess they still have other important issues.

 

Since i just updated from 17763.55 to .104 i would say it works .
