Wake up? I have posted a video. Can’t you spend 2 minutes and see it? Weren’t you the one who was so confident that 17763 was NOT the final build? Yet here we are. You have hard time in acknowledging what others post here. You need to sit back and reflect on that. ... and stop with name calling. It’s against forum rules and does not suit you.
I did see it, what does that prove? That you don't have the problem? So that automatically means no-one else with nvidia cards could possibly have it either? Use your common sense, we said it was a Windows 10 bug, we never mentioned anything about GPU models being the cause, it could be any number of things, you have no idea what you're talking about, you just see that the bug is not there with your machine and make wild claims that it only affects Intel GPUs without any evidence at all, and based on nothing because obviously that is incorrect as people with nvidia GPUs also have it Windows 10 = one big bug from 2015
These are just exe files from the downloadpackage when 17763 gets released, NOT THE CAB with the product.xml !!!!
So what you should conclude from that is it is not a specific GPU related issue... it's happening on nvidia & intel, I would put a bet also AMD but don't know anyone with AMD to test it
I have driver 399.07 and build 17751.1 Will check again when I install newest build and latest driver. But you didn't maximize explorer in the video that you posted as proof. For me it doesn't seem to happen when opening explorer but only when maximizing.
AMD card here same thing happens. Its same when you resize some windows and window content lags behind window border, its in Win 10 forever just hard to see on older builds bcoz white on white. They just added dark layer on top of explorer if they changed color in .msstyles half of the OS would be dark. EDIT: 30 FPS animations don't help too...
I tried maximizing and it does flash. I use 32" monitor and never maximized explorer hence I never noticed the issue. But white flashes while launching explorer are prominent on Intel GPUs. Then I tried switching to white theme and it still flashes while maximizing. It may have something to do with the way it animates. Every app like firefox or chrome flashes during maximizing.
