    There are no public links, just download the GUI version of the tool thomas linked to and download the 2019 LTSC iso of your choice.

    I tested W10UI 5.3 on a Windows 10 1809 ISO. It works as it should, updating all boot.wim, install.wim, winre.wim images.
    In addition it has updated most installation files on install media. It has not updated the appraiser.sdb file, which is related with Upgrade installs.

    That's a symptom of butchered background apps via some privacy "tweaking" tool or registry

    This GUI doesnt have resume capacity thats why i need direct link maybe torrent.

    parenthetically, here's the REAL way to do that...

    If you want to disable the feature + prevent user to enable it (= break it), just disabling cbdhsvc is enough :D

    Oh ty.. then after that it will activate through kms_vs_all tool? Aur do i need to format my pc after 90 days?

    On Insider FAST is 18262 19H1, the next release, 17763.1 updates are in the Insider Slow and RP ring, so when you want 17763.xxx updates, change to slow or rp ring.
