    bacgroundtaskhost/cortana.signals.dll still crashes in the background after each reboot.

    Meh.

    Concerning the Brightness is set to 50% bug on 1809. There's an official reply from MS:

    "We've made changes based on this feedback, and they'll will be available in a future build."

    Interesting reply as they already fixed it with build 18262, but still not on 1809. So more to come?

    well, that is a good alternative of course, but always is better to learn how to fix a thing instead of avoid fixing it ;)

    Not worse than previous ones. They just want it "stable" this time, that's all.

    The first step is not necessary, because the KB4464455 contains all fixes, which were already within the KB4465477.
    I got the update to Win10 Build 17763.107 by simply running the second step.

    You're mixing kbnrs, KB4465477 is not a CU but a SSU (servicing stack update).

    Googling your issue has led me to believe your problem to be caused by Kaspersky.

    Not fixed :( And yes, each and every background app is enabled. never disabled them.
