That folder was added to Disk cleanup in build 17672, Namelesswonder mentioned it in this comment, it is funny that in that same thread some said that this folder had always been there, lol.

You mean the notification area icon right? you just need to turn it off from Task Manager>Startup>"Windows Defender notification icon">Disable.

I already verified that, as I say in that comment, in A18U (in the same machine) the Acrylic effect appears immediately, in this build and in the previous ones, the Acrylic effect appears after minimizing and maximizing the window, but you have to follow the steps that I mention in that comment to the letter, disable the transparencies, close Settings and the rest of the apps, re-open Settings and enable the transparencies again, the Acrylic effect only appears after minimizing and maximizing the window.
This bug comes from the build 17711, in that build Microsoft fixed an issue that had the surfaces that use Reveal:

I talked about that issue in this comment, I think that by "fixing" that issue, they caused the other one.

Microsoft releases the ESD. Files for the Final Build, so 17763.1 must be it.

So, no new build Tomorrow? Hope they would at least fix the CPU usage bug!
