    I get one, and it location is on Microsoft RRAS Root Enumerator, and the Event show that i have got this since a week ago

    Just change color in settings application and it will reset to normal values. These values should not be removed, because they are used by system. If you insist on reg file to remove try this:

    but I installed Pro since 17134 and upgrade it ...
    I'm just remembered that I used KMS_VL_ALL sometime ago to reactive office, so could this be the reason?

    No one knows. .165 was released to Insiders on Release Preview Ring & the Insiders Team made NO announcement that .165 has even been released.
