I'm on 17134.407 (education x64), is it normal that the october update still isn't offered for me on windows update? Or will it be deployed in a few days/weeks (depending of windows version, language etc)?

crashes freezes etc.even while im on greek windows when i put us as main write lang it changes all my pinned apps in english like weather mail etc.it should stay greek.if i change it in greek then its fine but primary writing is greek and im sick to change it every time i log into windows.before 1803 was able to add on US english writing a greek too now its not possible since 1803.but this is the smallest problem.since 1809 i have crashes freezes in games etc. i just upgraded gpu to an gtx 1060 . must say im still on i7 950
That might be how they are getting the same hashes b/c without the same identifiers it would always be different At any rate, it's still not something we could link here b/c MS would almost certainly DMCA them.

I am on 17763.1 from the beginning and have not encountered any freezes nor any real system crippling bugs, only the cosmetic bugs like black theme flashes on explorer and dancing arrows in taskmanager, which is already fixed, not really big issues for normal daily use.
