Nobody will share all as ISO, it takes huge amounts of online storage space and most filehosts will delete iso's.

Download the MVS Consumer or Business ISO instead of an iso you don't want. You can't convert LTSC to Pro. Pro is on the MVS/TB Consumer and Business ISO.
