I spent a day and then returned 134 because a file timestamp was incorrect, which caused the explorer to refresh from time to time. This is a major problem.

Why?! It was released at the end of last week, so I would expect public release maybe next tuesday (if they plan to release it). I've never seen a release after only 2 days in RP

 

No, I heard that Microsoft updates its release day every Tuesday. It's Wednesday here. I think there will be a new version upgrade today.

165 of cab is about a week away.

 

So It's not really safe to press "Check for updates".

 

The only day when new CU's are (almost) guaranteed, is the 2nd Tuesday, so called "patch tuesday". The rest is optional..

Can you perhaps give me a link for Windows 10 Pro ISO 64 bit US english iso? Because Ubuntu has issues with creating Windows 10 usb bootable drive with files over 4GB...whereas the download link in Microsoft website gives me an iso of 4.6gb.

@James Morse, do you specifically need a direct download link or are you alright with getting the iso from a torrent ?

17134 still is on non Insider retail ring, so 17763.xxx won't show up on WU when not signed in at the Insider Preview SLOW ring.

There is no Pro only ISO, you can download the ESD manually and convert it to a Pro only ISO with install.esd, by using ESD>ISO v40.

You say 17763.1 is still not RTM ?

 

I say, it's not on public WU, it's only available on MCT and by ISO and in the Slow Ring.
