No, I heard that Microsoft updates its release day every Tuesday. It's Wednesday here. I think there will be a new version upgrade today. 165 of cab is about a week away.
The only day when new CU's are (almost) guaranteed, is the 2nd Tuesday, so called "patch tuesday". The rest is optional..
