MSFT meant by "...who check for updates" that the people like real insiders and other people who really want the upgrade, they can get it by MCT and ISO.

hi, i donwloaded LTSC 2019 then installed it on one of my old machines but it refuses to install. the usb does not boot, receive black screen so i don't know what to do. Any help will be appreciated. thank you.
I recommended that if you need support for the issue, you should provide as much information as possible so the members in this thread can understand the situation and guide you to a proper solution. Atleast you should mention brief details about which LTSC 2019 iso version you downloaded, which svf patch you used, your old machine architecture, etc. Lastly, please explain the steps you followed, the program you used to create a bootable usb-drive as well as its settings.
FAST & SLOW is now for 19H1, ReleasePreview is for early fixes and drivers. So, when you really want you can easily switch to RP ring and you can get all updates for 17763.
thank you for the reply. i installed SW_DVD5_WIN_ENT_LTSC_2019_32-bit_Czech_MLF_X21-96418.ISO then i created bootable usb device with rufus then when i plugged the usb to my machine, it doesn't boot, stuck with black screen. my machine is HP530 with 2 GB RAM.
