everything has disclaimer or eula agreement that i just say yes to and ignore for last 30 plus years in all software and hardware agreements yes each country has different laws and even within countries different regional, state and local municipal laws that i also ignore last 30 years as I have had no use for or doesn't affect me as I am not a corporation or i haven't been sued for anything; if you say no to agreement or eula then you can't install that software or use that hardware as that is the companies response to you not accepting their terms
I think his problem is it comes up intermittently. In any case I never see the Windows EULA because I use an autounattend.xml script that skips it. Been using an unattended install on Windows since win98. It really is nice installing with no user input even though installations are not something done that often and it takes some time to set up. I think it's worth it over the long run.
It doesn't? Crap....you got checksums for all the releases of it to verify they haven't been tempered with....? hah.....
