I asked that question here in this forum like everyone does, which is open to & for all, & that's the way it's meant to be use, so ain't seeing any obvious reason to ask someone specific, not sure whether you're just joking, making fun out of this or anything other intended. I think that's one of the least talked/discussed issues a very few people are aware of, which I faced lately, or at least I didn't see anyone talking about this in this OP containing 258+ pages & 5k+ posts/comments, hence asked.
@SM03, try with other device smartphone or bluetooth speaker. Also search for new bluetooth driver version.
I've had a strange issue ever since I updated my laptop to 1809 last October. It only occurs after a windows update (ie. usually once a month on patch Tue). The update proceeds ok and I restart the laptop to finish installing the updates. About a minute after it loads the desktop, it starts to open multiple IE11 windows, each one going to my usual homepage (Google). It opens them faster than you can shut them down and the machine becomes unresponsive. After a couple of minutes, it stops and you can right-click on the IE11 icon and the taskbar and select close all windows. After that, everything is fine and the laptop works fine after every restart until the next Windows Update comes through when the same thing happens again after the restart. It sounds like a malware infection, but I've scanned it with Malwarebytes and it never finds anything, and why would it only do it after a windows update? I've scoured the windows logfiles and task scheduler to see if I can find what's kicking it off, but I've not had any success. Anyone any ideas about what I should be looking for?
Tested with two other systems running the same RS5 latest production build v379, the results are same, battery life is not showing, searched the net & this seems to be another (less known or talked) issue of RS5 that MS didn't fix.
