In my opinion what can be easier than: en_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1809_updated_march_2019_x64_dvd_72376bfd.iso + [en-gb]_en-gb_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1809_updated_march_2019_x64_dvd_717993b0.svf = en-gb_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1809_updated_march_2019_x64_dvd_717993b0.iso Which makes a perfect match of MSDN/MVS version
In ISO, there are multiple editions which may not be necessary for everyone, I prefer to make my own ISO containing my preferred edition(s) so it's a matter of individual choice & preferences, & about the process of getting it (ISO), we both are right either way. so I leave it up to the person as per his/her convenience & preference.
@Enthousiast Can I ask what tool you use to generate the "Contents of ISO" and "Package List" that you always post? If it's your own private tool that's fine I just like how you post these all the time
The sku list is generated by WES (drag and drop the install.wim/esd on the cmd) by @s1ave77 and the package list is done by a simple DISM commandline (first mount the wim): Code: dism.exe /image:x:\mount /Get-Packages

Very unimpressed with the March (February) 2019 release of 1809. What is so special about the March 2019 patches that the base was reset? This means that under normal conditions, the March 2019 patches cannot be uninstalled even if the later updates supersede them. For those in the know, I think the best ISO is still the original 17763.1, even if that release was retired due to the known bug related to the user profiles/data being deleted in certain circumstances which are not typical for normal users. The next best is the October 2018 release where the base was not reset.
Disabling Reset Base was not worth it in the first place superseded permanent patches can be removed with another /ResetBase run

How did you detemine it's been reset based? It seems not https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-384#post-1512887
