Ive run both, regular Enterprise and ltsc but cant tell the difference in gaming performance. Have you seen any difference? In 4k , max settings with my 1080ti i see almost exactly the same framerates in the games I play.
At this time there is not realy a Difference LTSC is still fresh but there will be in the future offcourse because LTSC will fall behind normal Enterprise I think we will see
Forza is the only big ticket game I know of that might have trouble with LTSC. Even at best I've read the game can be problematic. It's really complicated in the way it needs the Microsoft Store and a Microsoft login. I'll never run that one because of that. Obviously LTSC eliminates Microsoft Store games, but I have no interest in any of those at this point. If that changes I'll just run Enterprise Workstation instead of LTSC. I would not go the trouble of adding the MS Store to LTSC, just run a version that has it. LTSC should be fine for me. If I can't play some new game because of some change, not a big deal. I'll just stick to the older ones until I go to the next version of LTSC which will then get anything I might need. Windows is pretty flexible generally. I have games in my archive over a decade old I still play once in while. They all work perfectly fine on Win10, pretty amazing really. Have to hand it to MS for making Windows able to run just about anything.
