How do I remove the Accessibility Access lower-right icon from Lock Screen and CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen in 1809? There is no UTILMAN.EXE.

I'm not sure I'm asking in the right place since I'm very not experienced about this. but here is the question: after I've downloaded the iso version all I need to do is put it on a usb (with rufus?), boot from usb, install windows and use kmspico right? Is there anything else I need to do? Does window update normally without any problems?

 

Almost correct, don't use KMSpico, use KMS_VL_ALL v35

I can not profusely apologise enough but despite being pretty technically minded, I am approaching 10 hours of trying to do this on my own. Thus, thank you gratefully for any assistant.

I'm trying to create a bootable USB with the latest Win 10 LTSC (I see that a new one has literally just been released.)

Programs I've tried like Etcher, UNetbootin, etc. all ask for a bootable .iso and Rufus freaks out and quietly dies before even starting.

Having failed with the auto-downloaders(Jan Krohn's ISO Downloader, etc. won't connect to anything,) I've been trying with .iso's from reddit, but sadly, to no avail. (Especially as weirdly all Rufus versions appear to crash/disappear even before hitting start.)

Struggling to get my head around MSDN/UUP/SVF/ESD, I would really appreciate it (if it's possible) if someone could simply provide a link to the latest x64 .iso I can create a bootable USB from (or alternative method.) (If it's this latest Sept 2019 release then all the better! Preferably the N version as I can always add Skype, etc. I guess?) As I originally started trying to download direct from the MS site, all of this mention of 'patches' in the OP has thrown me off somewhat.

I'm sorry for being dumb - I came from reddit following advice that the cleanest.iso's were here. I've been trying to dissect those types of posts (like the one you kindly linked between point 2 and 3) but can't work out which ones are LTSC? (I'm told LTSE will not nag for 38 years?)

Looking at the 'SVF Cloud Repo' in your link, I now know where the .iso's are hidden but looking at the latest 1809 (17763.678) it appears to be a consumer edition and to my mind, doesn't look to be LTSC.

Looking at the last link you kindly posted, I now understand how this site works in that the .iso's are within a pastbin link (or sometimes within a link within there.)

Is the 'business edition' the LTSC version I've been looking for?

I'm guessing by your last edit, that would be a no?

I can not thank you enough for your patience with me. It really means alot to me after all this efforts so I am deeply thankful once again for any ideas of finding the latest x64 LTSC version? (which it sounds like is 17763.316 or 17763.379?)

EDIT: I noticed your username could possibly be Dutch (lovely people!) I'm named after my Godfather who was Dutch so I technically have a Dutch name.

 

The LTSC ones are the ISOs with LTSC in the name

I have been mainly looking for ones with LTSC in the file name but seem to be going around in circles (I had 118 tabs open at once today.)

Maybe there is a way to search this site that I've not worked out yet as even my google search site syntax skills are not finding 17763.316 or 17763.379 x64 LTSC which I believe are the latest versions? I hate bothering people so really do appreciate if you have any tips to actually find the latest x64 LTSC in English. (Pulling my hair out with this.)
