That is the why I think Windows in english is better and faster than other languages. It Doesnt need languages packs, etc...
There is no difference between different languages in no way. In the far past on english win 7 some MSFT mouse drivers were offered on WU which were not offered on german or dutch installs.
The quality is better, the text in combox are centralized in english but in portuguese its not.
