I made the ISO (homebrew) es-mx_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_updated_feb_2021_x64_dvd_with_edge_chromium.iso (invented name) using W10UI and the 17763.1790. updates from the Update Overview plus the 1809 Edge Chromium update. I'm using it because Windows 8.1 had a bug that deletes thumbnails of images, videos, pdf's etc. I feel comfortable with LTSC 2019 and I'm waiting the LTSC 2021/2022 Windows and Office

I thought I would try this "W10MUI_17" on LTSC 2019, but I got it maybe wrong, It will not end and clean-up or create an ISO ,where was the mistake

I'm trying to figure out which CU I need for Dotnet48 (KB4486153) when updating offline and from scratch with W10UI (LTSC 17763.1)

The Overview Updates post from @Enthousiast points to KB4601555, whereas its info link points to KB4601558?

Also, as I understand the CU below are used to update .NET framework 3.5 and 4.7.2? If so, how is that KB4601555 from MSFT page refers to .NET framework 4.8?

*unable to post links as I'm a new member

Sorry guys, I'm pretty new to this world, just trying to figure out the scheme here.
    Thanks for any clarifications

Yes, you make it yourself. MSFT did not/is not going to release a new one.
