KB5005112 is needed only if the user don't want or know how to install the bundled SSU inside combined update i.e. those who use msu files directly (on non-updated system)
@abbodi1406 on a clean .1 base it doesn't. I just tested in a vm. On my 19044.1200 it worked just fine.
Why was this en-us_windows_10_business_editions_version_1809_updated_aug_2021_x64_dvd_a38ff885.iso (v17763.2114) released in August while the support for the non-LTSC variants has already been stopped since 11/May (v17763.1935)? What am I missing here? Is there a v17763.2114 ADK iso, too?

Hi, on 17763.316 KB5005568 can't be installed using the msu directly. But I'm facing this problem: Using dism manually to install SSU-17763.2170-x86.cab and then installing KB5005568, after restart it reverts the changes and won't install. Same behavior when using last version of W10UI. Then trying to install again the msu, it installs with success.
