There were times back in the day when I thought Server was the holy grail blessing, but all the stuff you have to configure is not just worth the time so I dropped it after Server 2012 R2 As a power user Enterprise is sufficient enough and it does not have restrictions like Server. To the average Joe, nothing of this makes sense and will continue to use Home/Pro. And there is always the licensing issue.
"Activate Windows outside of a volume-activation scenario (that is, you’re trying to activate a retail version of Windows), these keys will not work." And this is a standard case for those who have digital license.
When rs4 was released it had broken "Let apps run in the background" option, now in rs5 dark mode is ridiculous. (e.g. look at the app and remove programs entries) ques is, how such a big company with world's best engineer can make such a broken developments? i mean okay i'll give them a break for all the difficult developments but its stupid to make releases with above mentioned issues. well i guess that happens when you dominate the whole market and you don't have challenges from the competitors and don't have fear that people may turn to other os's bcoz of broken stupid releases.
Depends on ... when updating my friends/relatives systems to 10 i usually upgrade them to LTSB, so far still the best system for gaming, since UWP games do not count much neither do any apps. Licensing is not a real issue . More of a convenience irritation which needs some extra hoops to run KMS activation locally. Those limitations can be avioided by running it in a VM, a router (allowing custom firmware) and even an android based smartphone.
There is no Digital License for Server editions. Server still supports SLIC activation hence as far as a valid key is leaked modded BIOS or the Loader are an option.
When you say "highlight color", do you mean the accent color of the system? if so, the title bars can have the color you want regardless of the accent color of the system... https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-fast-rs_prerelease.77473/page-3#post-1448987
I think most of us know how to run KMS activation locally - but on the other side, that doesn't make OS a genuine installation. And i think that's what he has on mind talking about "licensing issue"
Of course licensing isn't a problem to people like us, KMS_VL_ALL and you're done. But we represent a small percentage of the world population that have access to it and even know what it means and what to do with it. Still at the end of the day, activated or not it's just not 1.000.000% genuine, not even close, but I don't sleep bad over it, that much I know.

Why is it the best for gaming? Im currently running win 10 pro upto date, will i get 1 fps more if i switch to LTSB?or maybe 3-5 fps more? Did anyone test gaming performance for LTSB compared to Pro? Im just curious from a gaming perspective, thats pretty much all i do on this machine and games run very smooth on 10 PRO.Any incentive to switch?
I rather not learn it, because I don't want my mind to be blown. I don't care if I have missed something and everyone is laughing at me for not knowing something they don't. KMS_VL_ALL and I don't need anything else.
