    No. If you see on C:\ drive when media tool start to work the products.xml reveal the version 17134 (April).

    He said, the MCT doesn't download ISO's (at all), it downloads ESD files and creates the ISO locally, he replied to an incorrect post stating the MCT will download the new iso's as soon as it's officially released..

    desperately waiting for official iso and yes the 1809 version works very smooth on my laptop with Kaspersky total security 2019 patch b
