    They didn't "fire" the QA team, they outsourced QA to the Windows Insiders. And that is why we get buggy piece of crap every time.

    IMO, they didn't do more than usual. I mean, escrow startet at 17751.1 (supposed ".1" is an indicator). That's not so many builds to 17763. RS4 had more, for example.

    IMO, It all started along time ago when Microshaft let go of 3,000 people and started the Windows Insiders. So as the man stated above:
    (They didn't "fire" the QA team, they outsourced QA to the Windows Insiders. And that is why we get buggy piece of crap every time.)
    I don't know if any of the let go people were QA, but it do make you think?
