Fixed it! I searched for Groove Music in the Windows Store, installed it, then it got registered so I saw it in CCleaner and Revo Uninstaller where I was able to uninstall it from there and now it's gone completely.
@Enthousiast I think that if ISOs are also available on MSDN/Visual Studio account, you could start your SVF collection.

UUP folder in official TB ISO, it was on ESD and now on ISO too. On UUP>ISO abbodi1406 fixed it, now we know it wasn't the conversion scripts causing it.
