.NET Framework 3.5 installation error: 0x800F0950 How to install .NET Framework 3.5 on this windows version
If you have an ISO of 17763 and mount it in Windows you can do the following: 1. Open a command prompt with administrator user rights (Run as Administrator). 2. To install .NET Framework 3.5 from installation media located on the E: drive (just an example), use the following command: DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:e:\sources\sxs If you don't have an ISO of 17763 you might be able to use an older ISO for example 1803 or something.
Whether or not if build 17763 will be the final RTM build remains to be seen, either way I'm excited as hell.
Thanks for your report! Can you browse to the sources\sxs folder and see if the microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab is there at all?
did anyone check what version of windows ESD files now MCT is downloading, asking this because for some last couple of instances before every quality release, the ESD files were uploaded to the MS server & that can be pulled via the MCT little hack, so just thought about this
task manager bug that might be related to the flashing bug.. processes will sometimes go out of order. for example amd process will end up in random places in the process list instead of at the top.
Saying something is looking better, in this situation, 17763.1 is looking better. As in it's looking more likely to be the possible RTM build due to the fact the Xbox and hololens build now has reached 17763.1 as well.
