I just asked them on twitter, they are aware of the task manager problem and have no ETA yet for the fix. So i guess Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC will ship with task manager bugs.

Windows Server, version 1809 (x64) [ID: 3458] : Semi-Annual Channel Windows Server 2019 [ID: 3442] : LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel)
Just upgraded from 1803 to 1809 from an ISO published few posts bacck, home edition... After upgrade done, I opened WU minitool and it offers me to upgrade to 1809 ( even AFTER i've cleaned WU cache !) --> WTF ?! IMAGE: Spoiler
Sometimes I'm right, too. Currently downloading LTSC2019, and watching the forum turning into a madhouse.
Habe ich gerade auch schon erledigt. Dazu noch Server 2019 und aktuell läuft Office 2019 (En2AnyOtherBulls**t) LG, Inge
Note: We can get the Windows SDK (ISO and EXE), ADK (EXE), ADK Windows PE Addon (EXE) and WDK (EXE). I have installed the newest Windows SDK on my laptop, and installing the latest WDK and ADK. Mouri
