never happen in in rs 4 maybe i missed something here or it is all normal with rs5 i notice after fresh install on final setup stage oobe takes like 3 minutes to come up
While I'm glad for your excitement having installed 17763 Enterprise, I will be twice as happy once when Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 is installed on my machine. That will be happy times indeed!
Hi, Yes, if the 17764.1 build (which was present and removed on BuildFeed) is not released at ~ 5h00 PM / 17h00 GMT or ~ 9h00 PM / 21h00 GMT, then I think that the sign-off RTM, September 25, will be on the 17763.1 build
It never showed up outside of es.microsoft.com (didn't even see any evidence either) and never publicly at all.
