    The ipv6 protocol disable vs apps showing no internet connection seems fixed, but I'm not 100% sure because sometimes it would only manifest after some reboots.
    On an uptaded VM, apps also seem to work again after disabling ipv6.

    Edit1: The Action Center not displaying message history when the background apps main switch is disabled issue still remains.

    Right! This bug is visual. Also dark file manager (it still blinking).

    They have just fixed the files issue, the Task Manager bug can only be fixed with a new build not a CU i think.

    They haven't fix anything, task manager is still bugged. :confused:

    You know what ? I prefer this bug will stay. New build is big mess.

    They only fixed the problem with losing files when upgrading.

    So it appears there would be no new built after all. A refreshed ISO maybe, but no new build.

    Whats the need of a refreshed iso.

    It happened on upgrading, the bug didnt happen on fresh installs, obviously.

    that is just a visual bug, not something really critical, so I guess will be fixed in the next CU (anyway it's already fixed in the Insider Preview Build 18252).

    It's already crafted CU for security purposes, not bug fixes
    the GPO profile thing is just last minute add

    True. Then there should be a refreshed ISO I guess.
