Installed .167 in a new 1809 install and it really did fix the file association problem. I was worried they'd half bake that one too lol. Still, some problems aren't fixed like being spammed with notifications for app defaults reset even though it did nothing (eg. VLC remains the default despite the notification saying reset to WMP). I'm not sure if they fixed action center showing up on the left and shellexperience's reliability but that would take continued use to find out. Win32calc still crashes if you click unit conversion (the LTSC version, not sure about the third party installer versions).
I've had no issues with Bluetooth on 38 laptops so far with 1809, all Clevo, Dell, and Toshiba, mostly with Intel AC 8260 and similar. Might be drivers for your specific hardware?
Nope, as I said in another comment, none of the bugs in the Action center have been fixed with this CU and I don't think that those fixes (that were already made in 19H1) are going to be back-ported soon to the build 17763, I say this because the bugs caused by these fixes are still present in the insider build released yesterday, they have not been able to fix them.
Thanks ... looks like it's going to be a while before I install this on my main pc. I've seen UWP calc behave similarly. It will be totally opaque for a moment before the blurs are filled in.
yes bluetooth driver compatibility can create issues, try getting a new one otherwise try to find an old one that works.
i am using intel 9260 wi-fi/bluetooth with a desktop pc. may be a newer driver will fix it. but there is some bloetooth stability issues with 1809
