Hi. I'm trying to find out how to install a language pack offline on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1. In Sp0 I didn't have problems. What I tried: 1. Since it's Ultimate, a double click on windows6.1-kb972813-x64-ro-ro_810f2d590dd5aac92561eea5884ed1c70f34dbd9.exe should work. Well, for a few sec lp.cab appears near the exe then disappears. That's all. 2. I was fast and manage to save the lp.cab before automatic deletion. From Control Panel >> Clock, language and region >> Change display language I was able to load that lp.cab but it says "This language cannot be installed". 3. With Vistalizator.exe I set Windows 7 compatibility (and UAC is completely disabled): it fails and advise me to use Express installation mode instead. I choose Express mode, at some point I get an error (something SetDate). I tried reinstalling Windows or in VirtualBox, still no luck. Any ideas? Thank you in advance. Regards, Catalin
The current file was downloaded also from a mydigitallife link some time ago (don't remember which one). With the file from your first link works fine by double click. Thank you. Regards, Catalin
