you need to do more than just put activator into $OEM$ folder not (oem) you need to add scripts to run it.
you mean to be able to do the activation automatically by kms if MRP does not manage to do the activation as @ShiningDog wants to do so ?
All KMS tools check for permanent activation like MSDM, HWID or key activations and leaves them alone and skips the KMS activation or activates any unactivated office installs that are KMS capable.. You should be asking this in the threads of the tools. And about the MRP tool, it's only meant for systems with genuine activations (as far as the activation part), not for pirating windows. And for branding.
MRP but as I said scripts can be added to run activators even daz loader can be run but it will come up with warning to discourage pirates.
