As R29k stated, it hangs on "Getting folder list". Nothing happens afterwards. It's stuck there. In the same time, the program's CPU and RAM are getting crazy.
I tested this 10 times earlier and it found all the files i wanted to search for, i think maybe you guys are not using it correctly ? @Josh, maybe a little how to example ? Great work as always..
Quite nice tool.. it't fast indeed, but just wondering why it tries connect to internet O.O Isn't it standalone / portable tool?
Well, the Instant File Search have an different search engine, I've looked in File Locator Lite, it have found some files without your words, non-related with the context (some py files without test word in the name and location)... The Instant File Search, have an large search criteria, need to look in all files and folders in the selected path... File Locator Lite not will look in all folders, this is the difference, you can analyse an folder with many files with my app, the search will show the files almost time.
Ok but it takes too long, when I tested your first release it was fast, very fast I used your first release for a couple days and it didn't have this issue ?
