    When I use office mondo 2016 volume lisence
    It is coming The Software Licensing Service reported that the license is not installed
    but when i use mondo 2016 lisence it is coming

    There is no free subscription because it includes the functions of an account. You can use the link in the OP to install the required edition, then activate it. If activation is available through KMS, use this option.

    What is DCF/OSM/OSMUX?
    These features and PowerView seems to be not included in O365HomePrem. Is this true and how can I check this feature?

    edit: I found the solution on coolhub.top .
    To sum it up. The only relevant feature is DCF (Database Compare and Spreadsheet Compare). The Telemetry Dashboard (OSM, OSMUX) is obsolete. The same is valid for PowerView, which is superseded by PowerBI Desktop.
