You understand it wrong. If you check don't ask again and click No, Office Tool will continue to download files and don't delete your downloaded files.
Then why didn't you point that out in your initial response? And why not just give the user the clear option to resume; why introduce complexity when a straightforward solution is available?
Very sorry for that, I was uploaded new config for my Office Tool, means you need to connect to Internet, when a file was exist and Office Tool will ask for overwrite it or skip it and continue to download.
I managed to activate it otherwise, so I dont have the details anymore. As I understood from another thread, its something to do with rebuilding a ".dat" . I will have to uninstall office and reinstall to find out the error codes and the other messages . Cant do that now
The solution is: Stop the service of Software Protection (sppsvc), then delete the dat files on C:\Windows\System32\spp\store_test\2.0, total is three dat, one of them is hidden, and reactivate your Office. You don't need to reinstall Office, just do that and you can activate your Office.
Thanks for the info. By the way how do you stop sppsvc. I had a look and there is no option to stop/start. Its permanently on automatic
Has anyone managed to download the March 25th update, version 20222, of O365? The downloading dialog pops up but nothing is downloaded and version remains at 20158
Hello Yerong, Thanks for your awesome tool! Question: Does Windows Defender detects KMS files/services? If yes, what exclusions should I make In Defender?
Whenever i try to install office 2016 using the plus tool. It will never go past 51% percent. I tried everything possible, like deisabling firewall, and all but with no success. Can anyone please help with this issue??
You may ask Microsoft for help to solve this problem. This is not within our capabilities. I can offer you some suggestions, but I an not sure if it work. Close all extra application. Goto Manage page in Office Tool Plus, in the bottom of page, remove C2R by using OTP or All Office via official tool. Reinstall and see if it work.
