    Sorry for bothering you. I have realized that access to BIOS chip requires removal of the entire bottom-part of the body (not just the bottom service cover) and I also found older (7260) but Lenovo-compatible second-hand M.2 Wifi/BT module for sale.
    Too much effort, not worth it. My case is closed.
