    Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. You can try recovery method in the first post of this thread even though it's for HP. That's all i can think of man.

    hi str8, what program do you used to extract the contents of the bios exe file? winrar cant help.

    No program was used. You just start running the app and then in the windows TEMP folder you can find all the files unpacked, then just cancel.

    EDIT: I did it! after trying recovery and failed. i removed the battery, press the power button for 10 secs then insert the battery, press power then laptop booted! Now everything is ok. slic 2.1 successful. it wasnt brick after all. i think it was caused by a static electricity.

    THANK YOU str8! running two cs laptops with slic 2.1.

    Damn bro :), thank God!!! You know i've had 2 or 3 bad flashes so far and I always feel bad about it. I'm so glad everything is fine with your laptop :D!!!
