    I took out the battery and removed the AC power, booted up and the BIOS remained the same.

    I've followed the instructions and when I try to boot up, it says BOOTMGR is missing, Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.

    I've used the files provided in the other topic and it doesn't work. Why?

    And I couldn't really select the option to use DOS files. It is greyed out but I used Windows Enabler to force it to be ticked.

    I didn't touch anything in the bios besides the slic. I don't know what's the matter here.

    Oh, don't get me wrong. The bios from official site doing the same thing in Win7. I'm just curious if there anyway to fix this. Please understand, it wasn't from your mod. It was from the eMachines itself.
