Hi! I am from Madagascar and don't speak english very well.I have a big problem. I bought an emachines E525 and wanted to flash it with KAWF0103 but the battery is dead and there was a power outage. Now I have a black screen. Could you help me how to do. How to download the original Bios?
Yes, I did flash it from bootable dos with option of /all. I'm guessing the BIOS would look for my S/N or Service tag that is a freedos version. In my other notebook, V3000 series that came also with freedos, changing the DMI setting do the job. But I can't find it for Acer. My Acer is a brandnew Aspire, Acer may have figure it out about the flashing BIOS with /all option in DOS environment. I'm still hoping anybody can help.
