    Thanks for your reply.
    I've installed Dell 7 Ultimate on my CQ40-609TX, but cannot activate it. Most problem is there is no HP Ultimate key yet......Or maybe I'm wrong about how to use CERT/SERIAL import tool......

    Hi, can you please post RW-everytning report? It's possible that your slic didn't get updated or maybe you need to enable your slic. OEM keys are not brand specific so it's not the key problem.

    Do you mean I can activate Dell 7 Ultimate OS while my Laptop is HP SLIC 2.1, after I change OS's Certificate/Serial to HP and using Dell Key?
    I'm a little bit confused now......

    There is no need to change the key. But we need to find out first if you have got slic 2.1 in your system. So please upload RW-everything report.
    P.S. Also why can't you just download a clean Windows 7 Ultimate instead of using this Dell thing?

    What program did you use to flash in windows since I did not include a windows flash utility?
