The moderators might do well to change the name of this thread since it implies that it is for BIOS mods, not simply a specific type of BIOS mods. It would cut down on the number of requests that aren't including SLIC mod requests.
I see.. well I was just trying to helpp.. btw I have another question outside SLIC modding but still it's bios mod can you help me like swapping the button mapping for ctrl and fn key? If not, can you point me to resources that I need to know about button mapping so I can do it myself? thx
Thanks for the reply... I just used a 7Loader and I'm done for now. It was for a friend...would have been nice to mod it, but I'm not gonna cry over having to use a loader. Still kinda curious who the heck makes that BIOS though. It was the lamest looking BIOS I ever saw. Really limited, even for a laptop. Thanks again for the reply...
This is an insyde. This is an early insyde with a different header structure. I do not believe there is any way to mod this. I would suggest seeing of Toshiba offered an update pack for this system that has a slic bios update included..They do this now, and some had this option with these.. I have a Toshiba Satellite with the same type of bios and cannot make heads or tails, some is compressed and some is not...
Hi guys, could somebody reupload the Acer Aspire One AOD250 modded bios because the link is down, also thereis a new version 1.25 of this bios, still without slic 2.1. Thank you very much. Cheers
