Hi, Apologize upfront if I have missed already posted info. Searched/read cannot determine if there is a moded bios for Joybook u102 Insyde 1.1 or if there is DYI information for this netbook model. Any help appreciated. Using Loader at present and actv iis ok, just want to mod the bios for permanent fix.

Please give us a direct download link for your bios - it'll be easier for us to determine whether it's been modded or if it's moddable at all.

thanks, and I would gladly post a link if I could find it. This netbook was purchased in Asia (TH) and I found Benq English website with available downloadsl in Australia, but I see no posted Bios. I tried to extract a copy from this netbook, unfortunately, I have not been successful. Can you offer info as to how I can extract a copy of this bios from the motherboard? A program?

 

Hi, we don't recommend using bios dumps for modding as that increases a possibility of a bad flash.
