    It's the one that you have provided in your "bios download link" - sp45138.exe - you can see it in the post i have sent you to. I don't know if that's the correct one for your particular model - maybe it's an update (from F11 to F21A)

    Actually, it's the Intel RST program that says:

    SATA transfer mode: Generation 1


    I know something very wrong here, I'm just trying to see what's going on. It makes no sense that this is running in SATA 1st G, but I suppose the Intel controller isn't lying.

    Also, the disk transfer speed doesn't go higher than 140MB\s, which makes it further suspicious.
