I had recovered the BIOS with original, but when i am doing this, after the USB drive LED flash for 6s twice, i power off my lappy.
I dont know what will going on. I think i brick my laptop.

now, when i do exactly what u had told me, Fn+esc and power button, the power LED flash for some time and turn off. It means the BIOS is death.

    Help me if you can.

WHAT??? u turn off the lappy when the bios read the USB pendrive n recovered? It should turn off it self, oh my... If the lappy can access the usb pen drive (it show on the blinking led) then it can be recovered. I'll tell u the procedure :

    1. Remove battery, mouse (other usb device too) unplugged AC power
2 .Attach usb fdd, or usb flash stick (after formatted with fat/fat32 n put BIOS.FD file from ur extracted original bios file)
    3. Hold down <Fn> + <Esc>
    4. Plug In the Ac Power adapter, wait about 3-5 secs
    5. Pressed the power button to turn on computer but did not hold
    6. Count 4 - one thousands and released the <Fn> + <Esc>
    7. Watched on as the laptop accessed the USB Thumb Drive and heard the fan spin up as the computer began the update
    8. It took about 2-3 minutes (or more) and notebook powered down itself.......
    9. Power it on, n see if there's a post screen then ur bios is recovered!

So there's no step to turn off ur lappy manually, it should turn off it self if the update finished

NOTE : DON'T TURN OFF THE LAPPY MANUALLY, LET THE BIOS FINISH THE UPDATE PROCCESS N SHUT DOWN IT SELF!

Do u have an instant messenger like yahoo messenger or something? If it's needed I'll give my id n help u with the bios recovery procedure!

Brick extracted. You can always recover. Works only one port USB. insert flash in different ports.

Apparently, he bricks the notebook not becuz the mods loxx, he turn off the lappy when he did the bios recovery procedure, now the lappy only turn on about 30 seconds n it automatically off. I try to help him in instant messenger chat but he made wrong step at first attemp, I think that's why he can't recovered at all!

As in Phoenix Crisis Disk utility w/ miniDos, if so how do you name the files for using with Insyde?

Or are you just referring to a disk with the renamed .bin file as a "crisis disk"?

    Thanks.

So, I just need to use something like DELL-DELL-2.0.XRM-MS and go away? Dont work... ;( Blacklisted key? Wrong XRM-MS? Or something with SLIC in BIOS? I ran SLIC_ToolKit_V3.2.EXE on that tablet, it said so I haven't SLIC in BIOS... I will dig some more and inform.

updated: screenshot of SLIC Tool in above mine post.

I tried. But SVCTAG.com under DOS tells so 'ERROR: Unable to get SMBIOS GPNV information.'
I still in research, I'll write to that dell slp marker topic.

UPDATED: DellBiosReset.iso HELPS! It's works! (with asset "PASS: 12/34")

Please Help With A Mod Bios for my laptop. I have a Compaq Presario CQ62-219WM, but I have changed the CPU from the Celeron 900 to the T6670 Core 2 Duo. Anyhow, this is my last resort to having and unlocked BIOS.
    Thanks
Edit: Bios Version F.16 Vendor: Insyde
